This LANEIGE website is operated by Amorepacific Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and its related entities, affiliates, and subsidiaries (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Our website (“Site”) provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information through the Site, is also available on the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Products and Services for Personal Use
The products and services available on the Site, including any samples that are provided, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples that you purchase or receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of these Terms and Conditions. If a registered member does not comply or violates these Terms of Service in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the account with or without notice.

4. Limited Licenses
We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of the Site. The limited license does not include the right to (a) frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose the Site or any portion thereof; (b) republish, redistribute, transmit, sell, license or download the Site or any and/or all Content (except caching or as necessary to view the Site); (c) make any use of the Site or any and/or all Content other than personal use; (d) modify, reverse engineer or create any derivative works based upon either the Site or any and/or all Content; (e) collect account information for the benefit of yourself or another party; (f) use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing any and/or all Content; or (g) use software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or take any other action that may impose an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure. 9. Comment Submission Policy
We encourage members to leave comments on the sites. You must be a registered member to submit a user comment on the website. User comments are subject to the following: Must be respectful of others and stay on relevant product. Do not submit anything illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, defamatory, any material that would violate the law or the rights of others. Repeated posts in multiple places are not allowed. LANEIGE reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not LANEIGE, are responsible for the contents of any comments you submit.

PRICE, PRODUCT, AND AVAILABILITY INFORMATION MAY BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY MALAYSIAN LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE CONTENT, ANY INTERACTIVE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensors, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of the Site or any Content (including User Content), or any of our products or services purchased on the Site, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to indemnify the Indemnified Parties for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.
12. General
You acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site and providing notice of such change. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site and release of notice of such change. Your continued use of the Site thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changed Terms and Conditions. The headings in the Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not be used in its interpretation.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
Refunds & Returns
Purchases made on this website are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to product safety and hygiene considerations.
However, we will provide a refund, exchange or replacement in the following situations:
· The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival;
· The product received is incorrect or not as described.
Please follow the steps below for the exchange :
1. Email us at [laneigeonline@my.amorepacific.com] with the order number and the picture of damaged product within 14 days after receiving the parcel.
2. Our customer service personnel will contact you within 5 working days to confirm on the exchange; and exchange process will be arranged where neccessary
3. Product(s) must be returned in its original condition and all gifts that came along with the purchase must also be returned
4. Please note that the exchange here refers to purchases from Sulwhasoo.my only ; and exchange of online purchases cannot be done at any Laneige boutiques/ counters.
