Shipping, Exchange, Refund
Where do you ship to?

We only deliver to addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or ship internationally.

I have not received my refund.

Please check your return request under 'My Returns'. 'Authorized' status means that your return request has been processed accordingly. Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 - 14 working days upon refund confirmation, duration may varies depending on bank processing time.

How to request for exchange / refund?

How much is the shipping fees?

Shipping to West Malaysia is RM10, East Malaysia is RM15. You may enjoy free shipping when you purchase RM180 & above.

How long does it take to deliver?

Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays). We use as our standard delivery courier. Most orders will be processed and delivered within 3 - 7 business days (West Malaysia) and 5 -14 business days (East Malaysia) from the order's date.

We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate delivery address, contact details including telephone number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

My order failed to deliver.

In the event that we fail to deliver to you at the delivery address provided by you, we will make a subsequent (2nd) attempt at the specified delivery address. We regret to inform that you that your package will be returned to Laneige Malaysia and orders will be cancelled if both deliveries failed (1st and 2nd attempt).

I have not received my order. What should I do?

Please check your order shipment status. You may contact our courier partner to follow up on your order delivery status.

How to track my order?

Laneige Rewards Club membership point is not applicable for online purchase at this moment. No member point will be accumulated for purchases online at Laneige Official Store

How to change / cancel my order?

1. Select the desired product and 'add to cart'.
2. Click on the cart icon one you have done shopping.
3. Join member to enjoy membership benefits, check out as guest if you do not wish to join as member. 
4. Fill in and check if shipping details are correct. Click 'next' to proceed.
5. Apply discount code. Join as member to enjoy exclusive discount vouchers.
6. Select preferred payment option to proceed checkout. PLEASE CHECK AND CONFIRM ORDER ITEMS, SHIPPING INFO BEFORE PAYMENT.
7. Once payment is success, you will see your order number on the page and received order confirmation email. 

How do I place an order?

Simply select the product you want to purchase and follow the steps below:
Step 1: Register or log in your account / check out as guest
Step 2: To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.
Step 3: To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
Step 4: if you have an applicable 'Promo Code', enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
Step 5: Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
Step 6: Fill in your Personal Details, Shipping Address, then select your preferred Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Continue’ to proceed with the payment.
Step 7: You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order

How do I ensure my order is confirmed?

You shall be receiving an order confirmation email upon successful checkout (please check spam / junk inbox too). For member, you may login to check your order status under ' My Order'.

Why my points are not reflected in my account?

Points accumulated from purchases made at Laneige Official Store will be reflected in your account 14 days upon order confirmation. Please reach out to your preferred beauty advisor or our customer service for further assistance.
