1. How to become a member?
Laneige Rewards Programme offers 3 tiers of membership. Sign up here to join our membership.
| Classic | RM1 – RM999 accumulative spend within 12 months |
| Signature | RM1,000 – RM1,999 accumulative spend within 12 month |
| Prestige | RM2,000 & above accumulative spend within 12 months |
Note: Each transaction is limited to one membership level. Membership upgrades are based on single transaction amounts.
2. Membership Validity Period?
Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date you sign up or the date of tier upgrade, whichever is later. Points are valid for 12 months from the membership join date and/or will expire 12 months from the earning date.
3. How to collect points?
Membership points are awarded when you make a valid and eligible purchase of Laneige products in Malaysia at our participating Boutiques, Counters, Official Online Store, and Lazada Laneige Official Store.
4. How to renew/upgrade membership?
Renewal Conditions: Your membership tier is determined by your total purchase amount within the 12 months before your most recent transaction. Your membership tier will automatically downgrade if the spending does not meet the respective tier requirements.
5. How to check or verify your membership?
Membership Enrollment: To become a member, you will be required to provide your full name as per Identity card, mobile phone number and email. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required.
Membership Check: You can check membership status by logging in on the Laneige Official Website under member information.
6. How to redeem your vouchers/gifts?
Membership points, vouchers and other benefits earned through the programme do not have cash value, are non-transferable, do not confer any property rights upon a member and are for one-time use only.
Customers are entitled to a welcome gift and upgrade voucher only once.
Birthday vouchers are only applicable to members who have made at least one transaction in the past 12 months.
All welcome gifts, vouchers, treats, exclusive offers and benefits provided through the programme are subject to availability and may change at our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
All rewards redeemed are final and no exchange is allowed.
7. How to redeem points?
Points can be redeemed at checkout online & in-store.
